This is a remarkable exchange of Musical Postcards.... Members of the New York Philharmonic played a piece composed by Chloe Henry when she was ten years old. It is a composition originally for two trumpets, a trombone, a tuba and percussion, titled "Skipping Stones". In the Summer of 2016 Chloe, only twelve years old, passed away very suddenly. With this tragedy in mind, the students of Sint Maartenscollege made a response to Chloe's composition in memory of her and for her family and friends.
Students of Maastricht about Chloe Henry's "Skipping Stones"
“Her composition was very inspiring to us. It was as if a little girl had left footprints in the sand!"
